Picking Winners for Week 1 in the NFL

It's time for some game predictions.

Baltimore Ravens at Kansas City Chiefs Kansas City, and they won.

Green Bay Packers vs. Philadelphia Eagles in Brazil Green Bay, but they lost.

Tennessee Titans at Chicago Bears Chicago. This one scares me. The Bears have a lot of momentum with new QB Caleb Williams and their good play in the preseason. The Titans have listened to all of that hype and will be ready to spoil the party, but I think the Bears win a close one.

Pittsburgh Steelers at Atlanta Falcons Atlanta. The Falcons are improved in every phase of the game while the Steelers are unsettled at quarterback.

Minnesota Vikings at New York Giants New York Giants. I'll take the home team in this toss up game.

Carolina Panthers at New Orleans Saints New Orleans. I could see an upset here, but I can't bring myself to pick it. The Saints defense might play just well enough.

New England Patriots at Cincinnati Bengals Cincinnati. Likely stomp of the week!

Jacksonville Jaguars at Miami Dolphins Miami. The Dolphins are hard to beat at home with the fans cheering a high scoring offense in the heat of Miami.

Arizona Cardinals at Buffalo Bills Buffalo. The Bills should get off to a good start. They better. This is the Cardinals for goodness sakes.

Houston Texans at Indianapolis Colts Houston. I smell an upset, but the Texans have so many weapons. I expect a close game.

Las Vegas Raiders at Los Angeles Chargers Los Angeles Chargers. The Raiders hung 63 on the Chargers last year. The Chargers won't forget in Jim Harbaugh's debut game for the them.

Denver Broncos at Seattle Seahawks Seattle. This is the Bo Diddley game. It's Bo Nix against a defense that doesn't give up diddly-squat! I'll take the defense.

Dallas Cowboys at Cleveland Browns Cleveland. The Browns won a high scoring game the last time these teams played. I think they will win a low scoring game this time.

Washington Commanders at Tampa Bay Buccaneers Tampa Bay. The Buccaneers seem to be overlooked since Tom Brady left, but they won their division last year.

Los Angeles Rams at Detroit Lions Detroit. This is a match up of likely playoff teams. I'll take the pass rush of the Lions to help them win a close game.

New York Jets at San Francisco 49ers San Francisco. It might be fun if Aaron Rodgers wins his first game of the year, but it would be a tall order.

May God always be your number 1 draft pick!
